Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your Newbridge Silverware purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all items in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying the reason for return and whether you require a refund or an exchange.

• 2.
  Securely Package Your Item

  Place the item back into its original Newbridge Silverware gift box and secure it within a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Visitor Centre

  Send your package via a tracked postal service to our Returns Department at Newbridge Silverware, Museum of Style Icons, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, Ireland.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
